The Cooley Blooms Story

Founder

Stacey Hainke

Meet Stacey, a guardian of tradition and nature's steward in the heart of Grantville, Utah. Born into a legacy of cultivation, she inherited her grandparents' cherished farmland nestled on the historic grounds of Cooley Street. Raised by master gardeners, Stacey's childhood was woven with lessons from the earth, learning to nurture blooms and harvest bounties under the watchful gaze of her grandparents.

As time weathered the farmhouse walls, over a century in age, Stacey found herself at a crossroads when housing developers sought to claim the land. Yet, amidst the clamor of progress, she heard the whispers of her grandfather's wisdom. Stacey transformed the threatened acres into Cooley Blooms, a sanctuary where history bloomed anew. Here, the farmhouse stood as a sentinel of time, while the earth yielded its treasures to the community.

With hands guided by tradition and a heart rooted in legacy, Stacey's Cooley Blooms blossomed as a testament to resilience, bridging the past and present through the vibrant tapestry of nature's bounty.

A Passion For Growth

At Cooley Blooms, we are dedicated to nurturing flowers and vegetables that not only sustain our land but also enrich our community. We believe in tending to even the smallest plot of land exceptionally well, working in harmony with nature to ensure a bountiful harvest that benefits both our environment and future generations.

As stewards of the land, we are committed to employing sustainable agricultural practices. From utilizing drip irrigation systems to conserve water and protect plants from disease, to employing composting, crop rotation, and low/no till methods, we prioritize the health of our farm and the quality of our produce

Exceptional Flavors

Our commitment to quality extends to our seeds—we take great pride in using saved, heirloom, and open-pollinated varieties. This dedication results in produce bursting with exceptional flavor, color, and texture. When you taste our veggies, you'll notice the difference that care and attention make.

In a world of food allergies and uncertainty about food labeling, having a personal farmer you can trust is invaluable. That's why we're here—to provide you with the confidence and reassurance that comes from knowing where your food comes from and how it's grown.

Vivid Colors

We also cultivate fresh-cut flowers alongside our vegetables, creating a diverse ecosystem that attracts pollinators and naturally mitigates pest and disease issues. We invite you to visit our farm and see our practices firsthand—we believe in transparency and welcome the opportunity to share our story with you.
